Sofie has been great with us and we are confident and feel reassured that she is organising our honeymoon and will go out of her way to exceed expectations. If I went with some other companies we had quotes from I would be nervous but now it's one less thing to worry about with Sophie on our side. I can honestly say that booking a holiday package through Safiya was a very pleasant experience, it was very refreshing to deal with someone who genuinely cared about our each and every requirement, she was extremely professional, had bags of knowledge and was able to make some excellent recommendations. The time an effort Safiya put into my honeymoon destination was incredible, I wasn't an easy client as I was very indecisive about what I wanted but Safiya was soo patient with me an really worked within my budget being cost effective but still having all the luxuries I was looking for! Sophie has been amazing from the very beginning. Her voice always made me feel very comfortable and confident in trusting her with my honeymoon. Sophie was never delayed in any of her responses to me. The quotes were explained in great detail which automatically made me believe that Sophie was definately the right person to go to. The only critisism i would give is that it would of been good to know a rough cost of what i was looking for. I wanted gold for the price of silver but i should have been told from the very begininng that my budget is way too low and a lot of compromises may have had to be made. Overall, Sophie is an amazing individual. I would definately recommend her to the world.

Hi, I would like to give my feedback about Safiya Sheth. I have been booking my holidays with her for nearly 4 years . And I can only say one thing 'AMAZING SERVICE'. She has helped us to find great destination and packages. What makes her stand out is her dedication to resolving issues. In Aug I took my family to Abu Dhabi and the air line lost our baggage for the duration of our holiday, it was awful. Safiya was quick to help but the airline had the worst customer service , so she made sure our stay was perfect. I was grateful and she was still in pursuit of our luggage which came on the last day. My family was upset but she pursued the airline who compensated our flights. I was surprised , not about the money but her customer relationship & service. She is a role model for your company. I work in wedding film industry and I highly recommend all my newly wed couples to book with her.
