Sally has gone out of her way to provide an exceptional service for my family and I on our travels all over the world over the last few years. When I had to travel to New York recently at very short notice she had all my travel sorted within twenty minutes! Sally is a great Travel Counsellor because she listens to your needs rather than you listening to what she wants to sell to you. You trust her because you believe in her experience and travel experiences and know that she knows her stuff inside and out. Also, she puts you at ease because she is so friendly. In short, you will end up with the holiday you want because she will have become your friend, listened carefully to what you have told her and know exactly what it is that you do want. You don't find that on the high street!
