We needed someone to help put together an itinerary to factor in a family wedding in the US, some sightseeing in Chicago and an Alaskan cruise. Wasn't straightforward given the dates we had to play with but Stacey came up with the perfect plan, including excellent hotel choices, good flight options and seamless transfers. What could have been a logistical nightmare was ultimately a breeze with no worries or hiccups along the way. Excellent and attentive service in every which way.

Having known Stacey on a personal basis for many years I was a little anxious approaching her to discuss a holiday but I knew she had exceptional knowledge and first hand experience of visiting South America. Stacey treated our enquiry with the utmost professionalism and was able to create our dream holiday, under the budget we gave her! Throughout the process, from the initial enquiry to our return to the UK, Stacey was on hand to provide support. Even when one of our trips was cancelled, just two weeks before travel, Stacey went over and above to find alternative trips and came up trumps when she found a different guide to take us on our trek to Rainbow Mountain. We were absolutely delighted with Stacey's service, the quality of the accommodation she found for us, the quality of all of the guides who took us on the most amazing trips in Argentina (Iguazu Falls) and Peru (Lima, Machu Picchu and Rainbow Mountain) and always knowing Stacey was at the other end of the phone if we needed her - we didn't thankfully need her, but she was always asking for updates and pictures! Thank you Stacey for arranging this trip and I would have no hesitation to recommend her to other people considering holidays far and wide, but also nearby!

Stacey was very helpful and attentive on arranging our holiday agenda, dealing with queries we had and checking up on our progress whilst travelling. The holiday went very smoothly with all transfers and trips on the itinerary running as planned so stress free! We recently visited San Franscisco . Stacey helped us plan the journeys and accommodation. All was very well arranged. Our hotels were excellent, as was the special assistance and itinerary which Stacey organised . I can thoroughly recommend her services if you are planning a holiday.

I highly recommend Stacey to book your holiday and promise you won’t ever go to another travel agent. She works untiringly on booking the perfect holiday for each client, finding beautiful hotels and locations with their budget. We’ve just been on the 4th holiday that she has booked for us and already thinking about the next one.

Stacey was excellent from start to finish. She suggested locations for a short holiday and the recommendation was great. She knew the city and recommended a fab hotel which suited us perfectly. She knew the tours and trip to make and booked those for us and also recommended places to go and restaurants as well. Stacey took the pain and hassle out of finding a location and booking everything, from flights and transfers to trips and tours and we had the benefit of her extensive local knowledge.

My partner and I have recently returned from an excellent week's holiday on the shore of Lake Garda, Italy. Stacey provided us with a select number of hotels to choose from based on our requirements . At the time of booking, the hotel we selected was in the process of a small upgrade so was not easily contactable. However, Stacey persisted and our reservation was made. Stacey takes time to understand your holiday requirements and makes recommendations. In our case, she recommended we book in June, rather than our preferred May, in order to be sure of good weather, and this proved to be the case. Stacey looks after you through the whole holiday process, including booking flights and transfers, and you have the comfort of knowing that if anything untoward happens whilst you are on holiday, such as flight problems (something of a greater risk these days) she will be available on the end of the phone/email, so you are not alone having to fend for yourself.

I would highly recommend Stacey. She put together an amazing itinerary for us and was even able to re-schedule everything at the last minute when the volcano threatened to erupt! I would definitely use Stacey’s services again, the holiday was great and she was easy to communicate with. Thank you.

Stacey did a great job in organising our multi centre trip to Vietnam, and within our budget parameters! In planning our trip she was very willing to look at and propose a variety of options to ensure she met our requirements. Once booked, Stacey also kept in regular in contact to advise us of modifications to our itinerary due to flight changes. The support we received throughout was first class and when the timing of one of our internal flights was moved midway through our trip, our itinerary was seamlessly changed. Stacey kept in touch throughout our trip and we had full confidence that if anything did go wrong, she would be at hand to resolve any issues. Our local drivers and guides that she organised in Hanoi, Hue and Hoi An and Ho Chi Minh via a local travel company were also superb (with back-up contact details) making our transfers between airports/hotels and other destinations very easy and stress free, and provided excellent recommendations for local restaurants! We would not hesitate to recommended Stacey, and indeed we have to a number of our friends.

Stacey is an amazing travel agent, her attention to detail is incredible and her knowledge so broad. We would not hesitate to use her services again, indeed we are, and would recommend her without hesitation. Our recent trip ran seamlesssly and it was not an easy trip to plan. My wife & I asked Stacey to help plan and organise a tailor-made trip to South America. We had a bucket list of places on that continent that we wanted to visit but the amount of time we had for the trip made this unfeasible. With Stacey's knowledge - and patience! - we were able to create a manageable trip to Chile, Bolivia & Peru that incorporated the majority of must-see places. The pre-trip information was very detailed & informative and the logistics of travel/transfers between all the various places was clear. And it worked like clockwork! We were supplied with contact details for all the local agents Stacey had engaged with to plan the trip and these came in very useful. Equally, during our travels we were really impressed & grateful that Stacey was on call 24/7. We had to contact her on occasions and her response was immediate and solution driven. The trip lived up to expectations. We saw & experienced a multitude of South American cities, deserts, mountains and culture which will long live in the memory. We asked Stacey to help with arranging a 30th wedding anniversary trip to French Polynesia. The trip was quite complicated and expensive. From the moment we contacted Stacey she was incredibly helpful and professional. We had several choices as to which travel company we would book with. Stacey and Travel Counsellors came up with the best package and the best price. Stacey kept in contact prior to our holiday starting which was helpful as the Covid situation and changing requirements was something we needed to consider. The actual trip went off without any problems at all. We had the best holiday ever. We knew Stacey was available should we need her. Stacey did a terrific job planning and booking our South America trip to Rio de Janiero for the Carnival and the Galapagos Islands. I gave her an outline of where we wanted to go and she planned everything perfectly. It all worked like clockwork - flights, hotels, airport transfers, guided tours and tickets for events. Stacey planned our dream honeymoon. She provided us with really great recommendations, and understood exactly what we wanted from our trip. The whole honeymoon from start to finish was so well organised and seamless. It was a really special trip and we couldn’t have done it without her help. We were planning a family holiday in September when we were recommended Stacey at TC. When I spoke to her on the phone, she was really very friendly. She asked us what sort of things we like to do as a family and as my children are all young adults, she found us the perfect holiday resort in Marrakech. Stacey did a terrific job of planning and booking a wonderful trip to Japan for me and my family this summer. Everything she did, from the advance planning and advice to the trip itself and the welcome pack when we arrived home, was carried out efficiently, professionally and quickly.
