Hi I'm Steve, I have a huge passion for all things travel. I live in Rayleigh with my wife, and 2 children. I have been in the travel industry for over 20 years and pride myself on delivering excellent service to find you the perfect holiday.
I have been very fortunate to have visited many amazing places around the world making it easier to give you my first hand reviews of some of the great destinations I offer. Some of my favourites include Thailand, Bali, The Caribbean, Florida (Theme parks and Clearwater), Las Vegas, New York and Cruises.

After shopping around for a holiday I had contacted with a few travel agencies and from the offset Steve Marsh from Travel Counsellors was brilliant sending me full breakdown, options and pricing etc. Obviously I had a variety of pricing from the different operators but his contact, customer service and how it was dealt with was second to none. I chose his deal based on my experience with Steve and his 5 star service. Thanks.

Steve helped me plan and book a 2 month trip travelling around Africa and Asia and did an absolutely fantastic job. He went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and I can’t recommend him highly enough. His knowledge, dedication and passion for travel really shows, you feel like you’re in very safe hands. When my trip to China got cancelled due to the coronavirus, Steve was very quick to find me a replacement destination, all at no additional charge. I’m so glad Steve Marsh is still doing what he loves!! He has booked every single one of my holidays for the past 15+ years. I worked with Steve at Thomas Cook for 3 years...he is extremely knowledgeable and very upfront and honest with his customers, hence why he has a huge customer return as they trust him and trust he will find a holiday suited to his customers needs, all whilst finding a fantastic deal.
I 100% would recommend Steve to anyone...he was my customer service manager, so can also handle customer service issues very swiftly and always has the customer in mind at all times with great professionalism.

For anyone wanting that personal touch in arranging their holidays, please consider Steve Marsh. He dealt with me and my family over many years for our holiday needs whilst he was with Thomas Cook. He was a casualty of their collapse and now great news is he is a freelance Travel agent part of the Travel Councillors network. Fully professional, and a trustworthy guy who may save you some money.
