I am so very pleased with the excellent service I have received from Steve Norris, he has done a fantastic job of booking my flights, car hire and hotels and is so knowledgeable and experienced that it has been incredibly re-assuring to have him to arrange these things for us. Steve always replies to all queries so quickly and is always so very helpful. It's great to know he is always on hand for any questions you may have a long the way. Steve always goes the extra mile for us. We always challenge him to find us a fantastic holiday within our available budget and he always succeeds. With some 13 odd holidays organised for us, we have thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Poor Steve, we expect him to do better everytime! We have used no other since we found Steve. Dear Steve,
We arrived home yesterday, after our four month trip. We had an absolutely brilliant time and I wanted to write to say "Thank you" for helping us and booking our flights etc...this trip was very special for us as it was to celebrate our 25th Wedding anniversary.
What we found most impressive was the fact that when we needed to contact you whilst we were away, your response was immediate and as ever extremely professional, especially as there was a time difference.

We have booked holidays with Mr Norris for a number of years and have always received courteous and efficient service. We are very particular about standards and Mr Norris is aware of this. He always seems to add the extra bit of service required. We have also recommended friends to use his services who have done so.

Steve has been a revelation as a travel agent - he has tailor made trips for us, saved us a lot of money and, hey, he is a really nice guy to deal with.

I was referred to Steve around five years ago by a customer. Since then Steve has looked after most of my travel arrangements from Carribean, South America and Europe. He is friendly, efficient and courteous in all his communications. His knowledge of travel, advice given is welcoming when compared to the high street "sale from a brochure patter". I reccommend him without hesitation.
