Terry-Anne always finds us a flight that matches our requirements and gives good value. She also goes the extra mile to solve a problem. For example, when our son missed his flight home (to Singapore) from university (in UK) at Christmas, Terry-Anne pulled out all the stops to get him a last minute replacement. Not only that, but she checked train times from his local station to the airport and briefed him along the way on how to set up the airline app so that he could check in online. She's a star!
