My name is Tracey Jeffrey and I am based in Silsden, West Yorkshire.
I have been in the travel industry for over 30 years, I joined Travel Counsellors in 2002, and before I was a Manager of a major high street travel agency, so I have a wealth of experience and knowledge to enable me to find the right holiday for you.
I love to travel myself, and have first-hand knowledge of many worldwide destinations. I can book any holiday whether it be flight only, package holidays, cruises, and tailor-made itineraries, round the world trips or accommodation only.
My business is based on providing my customers with the highest levels of customer service, offering independent travel advice and being able to offer full financial protection through our Travel Counsellors trust we have in place.

Tracey was recommended by my Veterinary surgery. How fortuitous! I I wanted to visit an old friend in New Zealand, who has health problems, and although I lived there, travelling many times back to England, I would have been unable to arange this journey now, as I a partially sighted. Tracey guided me step by step, enabling me to not only make my journey to New Zealand, but also to visit Tasmania on the way. I would rather have completed this on my return, as I have requested Assistance......I don't want to 'jinx' the experience!! I have, already, recommended Tracey to at least two of my friends.
