Gold Dinner - London
It’s been a tough two years in travel and I think we are all still feeling a little battered and bruised but the weekend was a celebration that we made it this far and will continue to do what we do best - look after our customers, to whom I am very grateful for the continuing support you have all shown.
I stayed at the Conrad St James. Its in a great location and the service was impeccable. Breakfast was very good with lots of options and all very fresh. We had a great room with very large bathroom and I am told they have the same mattresses used by The Queen! Definitely a hotel I’d recommend for a London break.
I didn’t have a huge amount of free time but we made the most of it by walking everywhere during the days to get from venue to venue as they were a little spread out. The daffodils in the parks were brilliant and we even caught a bit of changing of the guards (which resulted in us almost missing the train home!). Great city for a few days away though and reminded me that I must take the children again now they are a bit older.
If you are thinking of a break in London, please do remember to give me a try, I'd love to help.
