For 45 years I have been part of this wonderful industry, during which time, I have gained invaluable experience, travelled extensively and developed a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. I am now delighted to be able to concentrate on individual customer needs. Personal service is the top of our list of priorities as a Travel Counsellor.
I understand how important your travel arrangements are, whether it be your family holiday, business trip, honeymoon, or just a short break. I will use my experience to ensure you get the best arrangements to suit you. I work from home and I can therefore be available to you outside of normal office hours, often an important factor when planning your dream holiday away from your busy working environment.
Skiing, cruising and tailor made itineraries are my specialty.
No longer do you have to spend hours searching the web or trawling the busy and sometimes impersonal high street agencies. Let me do the work for you, not forgetting, anything that is booked with me is fully protected by our Financial Trust, unlike many internet sites.

Wendy is excellent. Her excellence is at every stage during the booking process and also once booking is complete she then continues to be there to answer questions or queries. If I have ever wanted to add or amend the booking nothing is ever too much trouble. I never worry about any aspect of the holiday and I know that Wendy is even there for me when I am on the holiday, she truly cares about her clients.
Would I recommend Wendy to friends, family and colleagues? I already have, and they also continue to use her.
She is quite simply the best travel agent, the most knowledgeable and the most understanding which makes her the only travel agent we would ever use. I will always use her in the future. Ten out of ten is not enough....she is 11.

I would score Wendy higher if I could! Wendy has helped me to enjoy holidays again as I hated going through the stress of choosing, booking etc for my family to have happy holidays.
