Snowy Honeymoon We have not long returned from our snowy adventure Honeymoon We can’t thank Zoe Gill enough for every effort on making our Honeymoon so spectacular. Even after lots of debating on what and where to go for our special get away, Zoe managed to find the best Chalet in Courchevel organised absolutely everything from airport Raddison Blu over night stay for an early start traveling, Snowboard hire and organising a highly recommended and booking of a very beautiful restaurant. After the wedding planning and hosting Christmas for both families we hadn’t got any energy for thinking. Every aspect of this trip was hassle free, organised and everything was just perfect from start to finish. Richard & I would personally like to thank Zoe for the hard work, effort, communication and enthusiasm making our dream Honeymoon come true. We have already referred many people and we will continue to book our trips with Zoe every time Hassle free, why do it yourself when you have Zoe to figure it all out for you.. Just Perfect…..

An amazing experience with our travel consultant … Our travel consultant, Zoe Gill, planned an amazing trip for me and my family to Dubai. She planned everything from start to finish, finding us the most amazing hotel just outside of the centre with access to the local theme parks, which the children loved! All transfers were organised and the whole experience was an absolute pleasure! Zoe took all the stresses of planning and booking a holiday away and she was an absolute joy to correspond with, nothing was ever too much. Her support throughout the planning and the holiday itself was fantastic. We had one issue while away and Zoe was on hand to immediately rectify the situation and ensure that our holiday continued to run smoothly. If I could give 10 stars I would! Zoe is FANTASTIC. I have a busy, stressful job and struggle to find the time to research holidays; Zoe is an absolute god-send! She delivers to brief every time, finding wonderful options for me to choose from. The service Zoe provides is second to none; she is professional, knowledgeable and makes everything seamless. She organises all the little details so I don’t have to worry about a thing: airport parking and hotel, flights, transfers, hotel, excursions…the lot! And having the app with all my documents, and her on hand during the trip in case anything goes wrong provides incredible peace of mind. I can wholly recommend Zoe and Travel Counsellors.

Zoe Gill our Travel Counsellor was fantastic from start to finish. We contacted Zoe to arrange a 3week family holiday to South Africa and Mauritius with an added complexity of my son travelling out to South Africa on a school sports trip and then travelling onto Mauritius with us. Nothing was too much trouble and when we were faced with flight cancellations and delays resulting in missed connections, she rescheduled our itineraries and worked absolute wonders. All flights, accommodation, trips and transfers were arranged and were perfectly coordinated and communicated. Zoe has been absolutely fantastic. Our dream holiday to the Maldives was cancelled due to the unrest in the Middle East and Zoe kept us up-to-date with the information we needed. Once the holiday was cancelled, she provided us with all the details we needed and then, at our request, sourced us the same resort for later in the year flying with a different airline. She has been professional throughout the whole process, with compassion and empathy for our situation as well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her (and have done).

Zoe Gill really listened to my brief and budget. She organised everything, even down to restaurant bookings and ski lessons. Very communicative and lovely to deal with. Highly recommend! Zoe is friendly, thoughtful, efficient and extremely diligent. I had a rather complicated to trip to plan to Central America whilst being extremely busy and needed help and guidance.
