I unfortunately had to travel to Greece in an emergency last month, as my mum had been involved in an accident and needed me. The last thing I needed to worry about was sorting all the travel arrangements and insurance etc, on top of everything else…but I didn’t need to worry! One call to Muriel and I was booked, insured and with various adjustments made to make the whole experience less stressful. This gave me the much needed time and space to concentrate on my mum, who, thankfully is now home and on the mend. Words can’t even explain how grateful I am to her, nothing is too much trouble and she even gave my mum and dad support and advice on their travel situation with cancellations etc. I would recommend Muriel to anyone in a heartbeat. A fantastic service, Muriel spent the time getting a good understanding of what I wanted within the trip and gave suggestions on what to include and even alternative thoughts that I hadn't considered. She went out of her way to ensure the location of our hotel was in close proximity to my daughter's university accommodation, and even researched shops in the locality where we could buy her household items. When we had to make a change to our travel plans, Muriel managed it positively and efficiently. She made sure our gluten free dietary requirements were met by the hotel and, from our past experience, that is not always easy! I felt 100% reassured that everything was organised to the highest standard and will definitely be using Muriel again for all our future travel plans.
