I joined Travel Counsellors in 1998 and haven't looked back since as it has allowed me to give exceptional levels of customer service to each and every one of my customers.
I absolutely love the travel business and take a pride in going the extra mile for my clients to create the perfect itinerary to suit their needs exactly. It makes me very proud that so many of my loyal customers make it their business to recommend my service to their friends and family.
My extensive travel knowledge has even made me a bit of a media commentator and I regularly speak on national radio and TV travel programmes including BBC Radio Four's 'Travellers Tree' and 'Excess Baggage'.
