Northampton based travel agent, Lisa Hillyard F Inst TT, has received some of her company’s most prestigious awards. Since joining Travel Counsellors in 1998 I have made bookings worth over £9 million for the company and am one of the company's top performing consultants.
Through my outstanding personal contribution, I have proved, unquestionably, to be an incredibly valuable asset to the company.
My consistent, awe-inspiring success, achieved through my own unique and winning formula, received universal acknowledgement, when the proud Chairman bestowed the coveted award for Best Travel Counsellor for leisure travel sales in 2001, 2002, 2003 and 2004. In 2004 I was nominated as 'Best Homeworker' in the Northern Travel Industry awards; although not a winner I was thrilled to be in the shortlist of three.
I have become the voice of Travel Counsellors on various BBC Radio 4 productions including 'Travellers Tree' and 'Excess Baggage'.
