Having used Steve Quinlan several times, he has always delivered exactly what we were hoping for and usually exceeds our expectations. Yes it's possible to do it yourself but just like I don't waste time washing my own car anymore, (i've realised there's people out there who do it far better than me and can do it in a fraction of the time), using Steve at Travel Counsellors takes all the hassle and worries out of booking something I don't do everyday. I also have the peace of mind knowing that all the things I have little or no knowledge of are going to be covered too. Great service and I'm always very happy I decided to book through him.

I regularly recommend the service from Steve as I think it is faultless. I really like the fact I can call, send a message, email and I get a response very quickly. A couple of months ago I asked Steve to organise our first trip to the USA. I was able to give him some headline details about what we wanted, which he augmented with some well-chosen and professionally insightful questions. Within a couple of days I had a draft tour itinerary that entirely met the specification we agreed. It was a simple matter to say yes. Steve then put everything into place. The holiday was a great success, stress free and exactly what we needed. I know where to go for our next holiday abroad.

I have used Steve for two holidays, one a cruise with flights and hotel breaks at each end and secondly for a last minute get-away. I gave Steve a list of our requirements and he exceeded them both times, including extra benefits like the best cabin in the category. He then managed to come in competitively against DIY on the internet! Steve listens and then comes quickly back with great proposals. I used to spend weeks trawling websites without success until I met Steve. Consulting Steve for him to create the holiday/travel experience you want is essential. I now know that I have a trusted travel consultant.

This is the second holiday we have booked through Steve. The first, a trip to Iceland was brilliant - he planned and booked everything and we had the most amazing time and seeing the Northern Lights - couldn't have been better. The hotel he has arranged for our next holiday to Turkey looks fabulous. To anybody thinking of booking a holiday, if you want trouble free, easy bookings, no hassles or problems then book through Steve Quinlan. He is very reliable and deals to every detail to assure your holiday goes smoothly. My wife and I holiday at every oppertunity and have used various Travel Councillors, travel companies etc and have had our fare share of let downs and disappointments. With Steve Quinlan we have had no problems whatsoever, as we all know, a decent representative is hard to find in any form of business. Steve Quinlan, what can I say about him? Well quite frankly he’s a top man and outstandingly good at his job. Steve organised our honeymoon and our recent holiday to Mexico. Having worked alongside Steve at a previous company, Steve is not only exemplary at what he does, he is extremely knowledgeable, well connected within the travel industry, dedicated, committed and acquires excellent results with good value. We worked with Steve this year for our holiday to Dubai and the Maldives. Steve worked diligently to ensure that we received the best holiday for us at a very competitive price. Steve listens - and this is really important. He understands fully what you are looking for and provides holiday options that you wouldn't necessarily have considered, would never find on the internet or be offered in the high street, and all at a better price. Planning a holiday, let alone a honeymoon can be a little daunting but after meeting Steve, we realised we had nothing to worry about. From day one, speaking on the phone, Steve listened to exactly what we wanted and worked tirelessly to find us the perfect honeymoon destination.
