Alison is fabulous! She really goes the extra mile to ensure we have all the information regarding our holiday and travel requirements. As a busy family of 5 with three kids under the age of 6. We really appreciate her guidance and support when it comes to booking a holiday. It makes it so much easier and smoother for us. There needs to be more Alison’s in the world ??

Alison has been just great with us. We knew where we wanted to go for our big once in a lifetime holiday but not exactly what we wanted to do. With Alison's guidance and us changing things around we got there and she has put together our perfect holiday for next September. We could not have done this without her help and patience! Alison is just fantastic and we are so excited and feel safe with everything she has booked for us.

Alison was thorough and came back with a complete and detailed package which was excellent in its attention to detail for our needs (we are a family party with members from age 5 to age 65). The price was also excellent value. I have every confidence in Alison’s capabilities and experience and would therefore have no hesitation in recommending her, as my friend had recommended me.

We now always go to Alison if we are planning a trip anywhere. We’ve had several (sometimes complicated) trips that have been planned with her, and she is so professional, knowledgeable and good at her job that we’ve recommended her to friends. Alison Allam booked our holiday to Australia. We were due to leave UK on 29-11-2010. Unfortunately due to an road traffic accident on M23 within 4 miles of Gatwick, the road was closed at 4.20pm for over 3 hours and we missed our flight. Alison was brilliant. She had to re-schedule flights on 2 occasions because of weather conditions and Gatwick closure. She was in constant contact keeping us bouyant and positive until we eventually arrived in Australia 5 days later!! Alison even text us when in Aus' to check we were OK and to wish us a wonderful holiday. Without her we would have been completely stranded and stessed out. She is amazing. If you have a TC excellence award please, please give it to Alison. We felt she went far above and beyond the call of duty and her expertise enabled us to eventually enjoy our holiday.
