I have a wealth of travel experience to share with you and there is nothing I love more than to talk about all things travel! I have over 15 years experience in the travel industry both in the UK and overseas and I have worked for tour operators and specialists that have given me the knowledge and confidence to build the best, bespoke holiday for you. I have travelled the world extensively from a young age and my love of travel has taken me to many far-flung destinations including backpacking in Australia to cruising around the Norwegian Fjords. I have been lucky in my youth to have also lived and worked in several destinations of which I have a few highlights:
- Spending 2 years in Southern Egypt including exploring the Nile Delta and Cairo. One of my particular highlights was exploring the Tomb Of The Kings...I am a bit of a history buff so this felt so special and is truly to be seen to be believed.
- Working alongside Santa himself in Finnish Lapland and spending my days on husky and reindeer rides, snow mobiles and seeking the Northern Lights. There's something just purely magical about seeing the Northern Lights from a frozen Arctic lake.
- Working on theatrical tours that took us to stunning destinations such as the Swiss Alps and Hong Kong. Experiences such as performing at the Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club and being a 'survivor' at their 24 hour party will stay with me for life.
- Exploring Tasmania from top to toe…From wine regions to hiking up mountain ranges to white water rafting it was quite the adventure! This wilderness destination is a must for your bucket list!
Each destination along the way has given me a deeper understanding of the local culture, people and the many ways in which to explore. I am a huge advocate of emerging and engaging oneself into local life and I can assist you in truly doing this on your next getaway.
In the past few years, I have specialised in cruise holidays, and I have been fortunate enough to travel on and explore various cruise lines and routes that I can happily help guide you to the perfect fit. I have sailed with a number of lines including Cunard, Fred Olsen, Ambassador, Royal Caribbean and my next cruise is with Celebrity where we will be exploring Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia.
Travel has always been more than just a hobby for me; it’s a way of life. I’ve built a career out of inspiring others to discover the joy and transformation that comes from exploring the world. Whether it’s your first time abroad or your fiftieth, whether it’s a Caribbean cruise or a weekend in Whitby, I love helping travellers create unforgettable getaways.
