St Lucia Twin Centre Body Holiday -Stolen Time
I was lucky enough to stay at Body Holiday for 5 nights , was( Le Sport ), this is in the North west tip of the island sitting on Cari blue Beach a crescent shaped beach, and surrounded by tropical Gardens ,Stunning , The treatments that you can have and pre book so you know you have a place were wonderful , very good quality , good products a lot of local oils , plants ,used , to have a massage every day was an absolute treat and until you come away from your world you don't realise how stressed you felt within your Body , the facial was an amazing experience too as using ice was an absolute surprise to me as my eyes were closed at the time .
The food was wonderful , I'm a pescatarian so I tried all the lovely local fish , king fish was popular and very nice . Breakfast I loved sitting looking out to sea is the best view , all the local fruits which tastes far nicer somehow , sweeter, more colourful, I ate some wonderful food on this beautiful island . If you want to really relax or you want to go to all of the keep fit classes there is so much you can do as a full program is put up daily , went out on a massive Catamaran for the evening to go around the island and that was great fun , Also went down to the Hotel Cap Maison as its a hotel we sell and very near by and had lunch in the famous Naked Fisherman a small boutique hotel , part of the Viceroy Hotels Stunning. Now on to Stolen time for 5 nights sister hotel to Body holiday located on Malabar Beach this has a 2 mile stretch of Beach and its also white sand as was Body holiday , I did see that other beaches which are all public were sometimes black volcanic sands . This Hotel was set on the Beach so very close so you could hear the wonderful sounds of the Ocean. Here i did a lot on the Water went out every day on a Hobe Cat loved every moment and wow sometimes you felt like you were flying , i didn't take my own out though as the tides change and currents are strong , went water skiing and after so many attempts managed to stay up , was wonderful. Food was excellent , lovely fish , salads , desserts , had a lovely cooking class using local ingredients and learning about them , very near Castries and was there for the amazing Carnival , never to be forgotten , so many colours and music , my last day i went down to the south of the Island where the Famous Pitons are and wow , part of the UNESCO World Heritage , went to Sugar Beach hotel and had a look around and also the Botanical Gardens in Soufriere before heading back to the Airport . St Lucia is very popular for Honeymooners but for Solo Travellers and Families it has also so much to offer , yes it is more of a luxury Island and has that feel of beauty because it is so tropical , certainly a destination I will be recommending .
Also Great to Consider going off peak time as in July it did rain but it certainly didn't stop you doing anything and prices can be great too
