Hayley was very helpful and proactive in finding a way to get me from my Florida villa (where I was staying) to my ambition of going on a trip to the Everglades. This included finding a lovely couple who owned a taxi company, who came to pick me up at around 04:30 from my villa and took me to a pickup point for me to catch my coach to the Everglades, the taxi driver even offered to stay with me until the coach came. The same driver picked me up from the pickup point at end of my long day/night in Miami and took me back to my villa.. I am fortunate to be using Hayley's services again for a trip next year, the hotel I wanted has closed down but Hayley did not give up in finding something a little different. This will give me both the familiar area but something new to explore.
