I am very passionate about travel and have worked in the industry for over 25 years, both overseas as a holiday representative and here in the UK in various travel sales and customer service roles including at Travel Counsellors Head office.
I am not like your normal Travel Agent as I am based at home in Astley and offer a personal travel service at a time suitable for you, whether this is during the day, evenings or weekends.
I love to travel and have been to many places and have many more on my bucket list. Some of my favourite destinations are The Bahamas, Florida, Cuba and Canada. I did an amazing self drive trip down the east coast of Canada and hopefully I will get to visit the west coast soon. I am also a great lover of France and Italy, in particular camping in these countries. No trip is too big or too small for me to arrange for you. I have access to hundreds of approved suppliers and I also offer 100% financial protection on all my bookings.
Whether you are looking for a weekend relaxing Spa break, learn to Ski in Whistler or fancy driving the Route 66, I can find the perfect trip for you and turn your dreams into reality.
I understand how important time away is, whether this be for business or pleasure which is why it is extremely important for me to get to know and fully understand your needs so I can tailor make the perfect holiday for you. I have used Travel Counsellors a number of times now for both summer holidays and city breaks - it has always been a fantastic service from start to finish. Cannot recommend Helen enough . She has always booked our holidays and they’ve always been fab . This time we went long haul to visit family with many flights involved and it went as smooth as it could have . The final leg home we ended up stranded in Dubai because of the floods and we would probably still be there now a week on if it wasn’t for Helen going above and beyond to get us home. It wasn’t an easy task as there were 7 of us but she managed it ! I would highly recommend booking any holiday through Helen as you really never know when you might need that extra help !

Helen has been extremely helpful in providing lots of quotes for us - looking at various options routes and dates. All queries were answered quickly and we were kept updated at all times. Having previously booked our flights ourselves, we would definitely recommend using Helen as she was able to do so far quicker than we could do. We also couldn't get quotes for flights anywhere near as cheap as Helen can do. Would recommend to anyone looking to book flights.
