Joanne booked my Christmas holiday to Dubai and everything was perfect! She arranged everything & explained everything, she helped with all the confusion with PCR Tests and made me understand everything. Would absolutely recommend Joanne for your travel needs. Desperately in need on some long over due sunshine...Joanne was great providing a number of options for a pre Christmas break. The only disappointment was that I took so long to decide that I missed out on my first choice destination, but that has now been stored and will happen next year. Joanne listened to what I wanted / needed and the options were amazing even providing alternative dep days to save money on each of the trips which made booking so simple. Best of all and what sets her apart is her availability, flexibility and customer service. We have exchanged messages and calls at varying times of the the day from 8am to 9pm to get the trip sorted around my busy diary (self employed)!! As I have already said I have already planned my next trip with her so that in itself is recommendation..... Like me once you’ve spoken to Joanne you wont go anywhere else and you will be glad you did.

A truly fantastic experience from start to finish with Joanne. Really listened to us and understood what we wanted from our break and matched it perfectly. Wow!!!!!! I was very impressed with Joanne's service I contacted Joanne regarding a skiing holiday for myself and my son. After asking a few questions regarding dates, location, budget and preferred airports, within half an hour she send over numerous different ski packages for me to have a look at and also gave me great advice, her attention to detail was superb. The MYTC app is excellent and so easy to use. There is absolutely no doubt that I will use Joanne for future holidays and highly recommend her. Looking forward to hitting the slopes in Austria in January 2022
