Julie is fantastic, first rate from start to finish, advice on which hotels to consider was in-depth and honest, the booking thereafter was as smooth as possible, communications 1st class and Julie always make sure every step of the way the arrangements are spot on. When things don’t go as planned because of transport issues Julie was bang on the money making arrangements before we had even landed the onward transport had been rearranged and was waiting for us when we arrived, it’s when things don’t go as expected where you see why you chose to use a travel consultant like Julie while others on the same flight were left struggling to make arrangements, scratching there heads and trying to find out what to do, I always recommend Julie to family, friends and colleagues because it’s the bits you don’t see and when things go wrong that makes a massive difference when Julie is there to sort it as I said before we had even landed.

Julie was soooo helpful and got me a flight when I was literally at the end of my tether looking. Having MS I have requested mobility assistance and Julie has sorted this, along with luggage and meals for me. It was such an easy way to book and saved me another 50 hours of sat looking at a screen, going bog eyed and still not getting anywhere. I did all this over a text message to begin with and after then speaking to Julie, who is very down to earth and easy to talk to, my holiday was booked!!! Julie Pratt has helped me book a surprise family holiday. Not only was she very efficient in doing so, she took our wants seriously and did not stop until we were happy. Julie was very enthusiastic and seemed very happy to help. I had requested quotes form her and received them within the hour. As i was booking this holiday for 8 people including myself, there was a lot of pressure to get the right holiday for us. I told Julie our wants and needs and she took all of it into consideration. We have not been on the holiday yet, so i will have to let you know how it was. I am fully aware that if there is anything i need or i am not happy with, Julie will be there to help me out. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She will look at all alternatives for you and once a decision has been made you can leave it all in her hands to sort out. Once the holiday is booked she sorts out your passport details and other things you require. She will contact your hotel if you need further information. She has a great personality and is very easy to get on. In my view she is the best
