I'm Julie, an independent travel agent based in Beverley, East Yorkshire - a beautiful market town famous for its Minster and racecourse. I'm originally from Sheffield, and married with two daughters. I have 25 years of travel experience, 13 with a high street travel agent, and will only give you my honest, best advice.
I have first-hand knowledge of many exciting destinations and still have many more to see. I have experience of European beaches, especially those throughout Spain, the Canaries and Turkey. I've cruised Mexico, the West Med and Adriatic. I have travelled to the West and East coasts of America - and absolutely love Florida (I can give you the best tips!)
I've been to Australia, visited Perth, Adelaide, Sydney and Melbourne, so much to see and do, once returning via Fiji. I have been skiing in Canada, visiting Banff, Jasper, Lake Louise and Vancouver. I have travelled through Italy by rail - visiting Venice, Florence and Rome - and driven the Amalfi Coast ,Sorrento, an absolute must! I have also been to many of the Caribbean islands. Even a Sound of Music bicycle tour in Salzburg, essential for any film fan. This year i took the train and travelled between Munich, Cologne, Salzburg and Paris.
Lat year i visited India , I was part of an escorted tour , fabulous, we managed to see Delhi, Amritsar, where we saw the Attari-Wagah border ceremony..We then travelled to Shimla, had a ride on the toy train, flew to Jaipur, onto Agra then stayed in the beautiful Ranthambore National Park hoping to see some Tigers, which we did along with a family of Sloth bears.
I have visited the Lakes in Italy, even Lake Como for the day from Milan.
I love Madeira, very pretty.
Last year i went on a river cruise down the Rhine with my best friend, and have booked the river Duoro in Portugal for 2027.
The world is a small place, and needs exploring.

I love football, and have supported Sheffield United for many years, another season in te Championship , lets see what 26/27 brings. Bramall Lane is my second home.
My bucket list included Hong Kong which I visited eight years ago. It was fabulous and lived up to my expectations. Next on the list is South America, Sri Lanka and the Maldives., possibly 2027 ( obviously inbetween my football matches)

Fabulous Florida
The title says it all; Florida has everything from sun to theme parks, beaches, shopping and food - the list goes on. We hired a mini van, then made our way to a beautiful Lake facing, 5 bedroom Villa. We visited all the theme parks, shopped till we dropped and ate at some fab restaurants. One day we went across to Clearwater, which had the most softest sand ever - and swam with dolphins!

Hong Kong and Thailand - A Must Visit
We boarded the Emirates flight to Hong Kong, a lovely experience with comfortable seats, lovely food and plenty of legroom. We arrived into Hong Kong, boarding their fast metro into the city where we took the shuttle bus to the Harbour Grand Hotel.
