Samantha gave us some great options for our holiday to have a think about, after telling her the kind of holiday we wanted and the level of service we were after and all we had to do after that was decide where we wanted to go, from the great places she found. To know that everything is going to be looked after with regards to our holiday is a huge comfort and now all we have to do is count down the days, pack and remember our passports, when the time comes.

My recent trip to Japan far exceeded my expectations. I told my Travel Counsellor, Samantha Price the areas I wanted to travel to in Japan and she booked the appropriate hotels. Firstly the hotel in Tokyo was modern with all facilities then there was a traditional Ryokan (Inn) and in Kyoto a Zen hotel and finally the Hilton in Hiroshima. They were all excellent. She also booked transport from and back to Haneda Airport, and kept in touch throughout my trip.

I was looking for flights to Canada to visit family with my three young children, options were limited due to the lateness of booking. I approached Samantha who listened diligently to my requirements, within a short time Samantha came back with flight options better than I could find myself. After booking the flights via the myTC app, Samantha kept in constant communication up until the flight, and in preparation checked us in, completing seat selection and forwarded the tickets. Towards the end of the holiday Samantha once again checked in with us advising that she had checked us in for the return flight and booked seats. Upon our return we had a lovely card welcoming us home. I have honestly never had such a pleasant experience booking flights and would not hesitate in using Samantha again.
