She has managed to secure all the aspects of the trip that we requested despite difficulties and delays at time with communication on the part of the people with whom she was dealing in Thailand/Vietnam. She very quickly got a feel for the quality of accommodation we were looking for and has come up with some gems that we might not necessarily have found ourselves.
