For the last 20 years I have been running my own independent travel agency with the backing of Travel Counsellors and now have worked in the travel industry for over 35 years. I decided to use my knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to specialise in tailor making client holidays and business travel arrangements that will compete with high street and internet prices.
I combine this with a friendly and efficient service.
I am extremely well-travelled and have experienced many types of holidays such as cruises, ski, family package holidays and escorted tours. I have been fortunate enough to have visited many countries around the world including the USA, New Zealand, Egypt, India, Kenya, Dubai, Mauritius, Mexico, Abu Dhabi most of Europe and many more. There is nothing more exciting than discovering new places, trying exotic food and drink, then relaxing and watching the world go by. Obviously a bit of shopping will be included too!

Carolyn has done a great job. She has managed to secure all the aspects of the trip that we requested despite difficulties and delays at time with communication on the part of the people with whom she was dealing in Thailand/Vietnam. She very quickly got a feel for the quality of accommodation we were looking for and has come up with some gems that we might not necessarily have found ourselves. She has shown patience and understanding when dealing with our requests regarding changes to transfer times etc. Her communication with us has been swift and her tone always warm and friendly.
