My sons dream trip to as to visit Rome, he is severely disabled but loves Ancient History. We have had Louise organise our group ski trips for a number of years now and have been delighted with her service. Back in early 2011 myself and my husband decided that we were going to take some time out and travel around the world for three months. We arrived home last week. Louise was recommended to us by a friend and I sent her an initial email outlining our plans. Very impressed with speedy service in providing return airflight from Zakynthos to Cardiff. Even more impressed that she was able to arrange insurance cover for this trip late on the afternoon before the flight, when my own insurance company would not cover me.

We were recently stuck in Paris by the Christmas snow with no point of contact with Eurostar. Louise came to our rescue and metaphorically held our hand to get us all home safely. Louise has always been very helpful to all of our family. I particularly liked the time I mentioned I had seen a holiday £200 cheaper on the net. Louise pointed out that it was beacause the flights were £50 less as the agent was using an airline ATOL would not cover. I'm glad we took Louise's advice as this airline went bust this year, (the cheapest usually isn't the best value).

I wanted to book a late break to the Costa Del Sol so I rang Louise to explain what I needed and within 30 minutes Louise was back on the phone with all details and we booked it. While I was in Spain I heard that there was an air traffic controllers strike. Louise is a star! I had only recently become aquainted with her but felt confident enough to ask her to arrange a city break for my husband and I - though only giving her a weeks notice, i wondered if she would be able to rise to the challenge. I needn't have worried, within 3 days we were booked into a 4 star hotel and the package was a very good deal Bed and Breakfast for 2 nights with Dinner included.

The honeymoon you arranged for us in Kenya was just brilliant. The Voyager Beach Hotel in Mombasa was lovely, the staff were all very friendly and helpful and our room was clean with a gorgeous seafront view. The food was excellent and there was always an superb selection of dishes to choose from. he safari was excellent also. We were able to see elephants, zebras, cheetas, girraffe and lions.

Louise has arranged a number of different types of holidays for us, her service is excellent and nothing is too much trouble. She has also organised a complicated round the world trip for my daughter and was brilliant when her flight was cancelled due to the ash cloud. It is good to know that my daughter has a reliable contact she can call if she has any difficulty with her travel while away.
