Louise was really quick coming back with hotel options for a Barcelona girls trip away, and great hotel options too! Booking process really easy, flights were at great times. We decided to add another person onto the booking once we'd paid and booked, and Louise managed this really easily, changing a twin room to a triple. My friends were so impressed that we got the booking made so easily and quickly - organsing a group of girls to go to Barcelona would normally be a nightmare but this was so easy and straightforward, especially with individual payment links and extra person joining us! Thanks Louise!

I'd like to thank Louise Webster for the outstanding service she provided when organising a city break for my friends' 50th birthday celebration. We had been trying for months to agree on a destination and stay within our budget, but Louise listened to our requirements and quickly recommended Porto. What we couldn't organise in months, Louise arranged in just one evening! She took care of everything, including flights, hotel, transfers and check-in, making the whole process completely stress-free. Before we travelled, she also provided a lovely travel pouch containing all our documents and a handy city guide, which was a thoughtful touch and incredibly useful. The trip was fantastic, the hotel exceeded our expectations, and we all had a wonderful time. Louise's attention to detail, efficiency and customer service were exceptional from start to finish. I would highly recommend Louise to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and reliable travel expert.

Excellent communication and covers absolutely everything required to have as little stress as possible when booking. Louise has helped me to book my first holiday in a wheelchair where there was so many requirements for us to cover in order for me to be able to get booked but she’s done all the hard work and made it very smooth for me, would definitely recommend to anyone who struggles or needs help to get their holidays sorted.

I only gave Louise a very short brief — a 3-night city break for two somewhere I’d never been — along with a budget, and she absolutely nailed it! She recommended Porto, which I would never have thought of myself, and it looks incredible. Louise went above and beyond, arranging everything perfectly while sticking to my budget, and we actually have 4 full days away. The hotel looks amazing, and having the transfers included just makes the whole trip feel effortless. I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service — I’d give Louise a 10/10 without hesitation!
