River Cruise in Europe

Would you like to visit some cities without having to fly between them, and also experience fine dining without having to go out to look for restaurants?

If the answer is yes, then you need to look no further than a River Cruise.

I was lucky enough to be invited to experience one by A.P.T. a specialist in Australian & N/Zealand tours, and European River cruises.

We flew into Salzburg, then joined our ship, the 5* MS Amalyra for our journey down the Danube.Next was the elegant city of Vienna, where you spend the whole day enjoying the sights, and you can even attend an optional concert. Onwards to Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia for an afternoon, then the following morning experience the grand sail into Budapest for the final full day, where a visit to the Opera House is a must.

All excursions are included and the food on board is superb.

This is a wonderful alternative to ocean cruises, and its not just the Danube, there are cruises on the Rhine, Rhone, and in France, Spain, Portugal and Russia.
