Hello, my name is Tracey I would like to wish you a warm welcome to my webpage.
I am your local Travel Counsellor based in Althorne, Essex with over 20 years’ experience in the travel industry varying from Stansted Airport check-in and travel advisory roles through to store manager within a well-known high street agency.
Over the years I have been very lucky to visit some fantastic places, with Thailand being one of my families’ favourite destinations, with it's stunning white sand beaches, friendly locals and amazing culture we can’t wait to return again soon.
I have also been lucky enough to have been on many Mediterranean, city break and long haul holidays as well as visiting Father Christmas in the North Pole (which is also a memory that will last a lifetime).
Throughout my career in travel the one thing that has been very important to me is ensuring that I provide fantastic customer service which is exactly what I will continue to provide, the only difference being that from now on I now have the flexibility of working from home which allows me to work evenings and weekends at a time that best suits my customers! I will be there when you need me!

We was introduced to Tracey from a friend who had booked many wonderful holidays, after seeing the adventures I reached out with a plan for our next holiday, being a 40th birthday, 10yr wedding anniversary as well as our kid starting secondary school, we wanted an adventure.
After a few ideas back and forth Tracey came up with the ideal proposal, the itinerary was jam packed as requested, lots to see and do.
Well we have just got home and WOW Tracey did not disappoint. the accommodations were truly divine, the adventures were off the chart, the personal service we received in South Africa from her team was off the chart, lovely spacious vehicles to collect and drop off, we had a slight weather issue that ruined our plan, but I messaged Tracey and like the pro she is, reworked our trips around the weather so we didn't miss out! she was a client travel buddy, ready in waiting to assist or answer my questions and help on mini additional adventures.
Then to top off the great experience, we returned home to a beautiful thank you card with our trip photos, Tracey is definitely a professional in the field of travel and I will 1000% use her services on our next adventure, thank you so much

We booked with Tracey Woodfine of Travel counsellors last year having lost the confidence to travel abroad for almost a decade. It is so reassuring to be able to have somebody to speak to who listens and takes all your concerns and wishes. This year, we asked Tracey to find a hotel to meet our needs within an area of Corfu to allow me to visit a destination from one of my favourite childhood books, My family and Other Animals by Gerald Durrell. We are so looking forward to going to the hotel that Tracey researched for us.

What an amazing job Tracey did for us! We asked for a trip to Canada including taking the train through the Rockies and we got that and more! She did everything for us and kept us informed all of the time as to what was happening. This included, with less than a week to go, changing key parts of the itinerary due to serious wildfires and then Tracey delivered the new documentation and itinerary to our door. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tracey and would encourage anyone looking for a holiday to speak to her. We will certainly be using her again

Clive and myself would like to express our thanks and gratitude for the tireless and expert work you have undertaken on our behalf.
As regular travelers we realised we needed an expert agent to advise us regarding our dream holiday to Canada and Alaska and you have certainly been this.
Sadly the pandemic intervened, but this is where the bespoke service you provided came into its own. We we didn't have to lift a finger during the refund process as you gave us our options. We decided that we needed a refund and you delt with this and kept us fully informed at every stage of the process.
