My journey.
I love the industry I work in, having started my career in 1989 as a junior trainee. Over the years, I have held many responsibilities, which include, acting general manager, Business Travel manager, team leader, corporate travel manager and most recently owner of my own travel business since 2010.
I bring you my knowledge and expertise.
I enjoy the personal and friendly approach; engaging with my customers to fully understand their requirements and bringing their travel to life.
With my extensive experience, contacts and knowledge in the travel industry, I promise to do my best each time, with all my customers and work with you to deliver a personal bespoke service.
I specialise in all aspects of travel and I enjoy a challenge. For me personally, to engage with my customers is important for attention to detail. Delivery is important and key, together with my key values of, honesty, clarity, personality and the highest level of service you can expect from me each time.
