Travel consultant extraordinaire! We just got back from a week in Tenerife. Allison found us a wonderful resort that was just perfect for families. Kids had a blast in pools, beach and kids club and we even got a bit of time to relax and unwind too! Allison was also amazing when the flight was cancelled on the way home - arranged a hotel, rebooked flights, located our luggage and even made sure we had food vouchers at the airport. Allison was wonderful. I was a little unsure initially where I wanted to go (we wanted to do, but it was a surprise for my wife). She helped me with all manner of suggestions, quotes etc. Eventually we settled on a destination and that is when Ally really came into her own. She organised literally every aspect of the booking side of things - she even did some calculations to work out that my budget could stretch further than it did and get us an extremely special room which I cannot thank her enough for. I will be using her again for our 'main' honeymoon, and will be advocating her services till I am blue in the face. So simple, a pleasure to deal with and she dealt with me as if I were a friend she was helping out which was what made the process so much more enjoyable rather than transactional.
