Amalfi Coast - A step back in History

This was my second trip to the Amalfi Coast and each time brings new experiences. I have to say it is one of my favourite destinations and should be added to the bucket list if you haven’t been!

The most popular destinations are Amalfi, Sorrento, Salerno, Positano, Ravello, Praiano, and Maiori. And, of course, you can easily pop over to the island of Capri by ferry.

We stayed in Sorrento as the base for our trip and were able to explore the other areas easily by boat. Sorrento itself its beautiful and I would definitely recommend eating down at the Marina – the seafood is amazing! In Capri you can get the cablecar to the top of the island giving you the most amazing views! I would also suggest a visit to the beautiful Positano – especially at night when it comes to light and the views are spectacular.
