The service massively exceeded my expectations - and that doesn't mean I had low expectations to start with, because the company were highly recommended to me. Excellent friendly service, she takes time to understand your needs and dreams, will quote a variation and numerous iterations of this with no qualms. When you book she is in touch with you at regular key milestones, checks you in, confirms you arrived and everything is OK, and then again when you get home! You can't get more personal than that!
