Before becoming a travel counsellor I worked at Thomas Cook for 20 years in various parts of the business and travelled various places around the world, for example, the Caribbean, USA, Far East and Europe to mention a few!
Now I would like to draw from my past experience to find the perfect trip for you, whether it be a short city break in the UK or Europe, a family beach or ski holiday, flight or accommodation only, the dream tailor-made holiday around the world, your honeymoon or wedding, I will be here to discuss your dreams, taking the hassle away from you, searching for the best value and giving you outstanding customer service tailored for you.

A heartfelt thank you for the wonderfully organised holiday, everything went so smoothly, the hotels were lovely, and all the lovely extra touches really made it the special holiday we were hoping for, the champagne and chocolates in the hotels were a big treat, and the prosecco and chocolate dipped strawberries combined with the jacuzzi in Calgary made the last night fizz! The cards from you and the hotel staff were a lovely touch and the Rocky Mountaineer gave us a Christmas bauble with the train painted on, which will remind us every year when we hang it on the tree. The car hires went seamlessly and everybody was helpful and friendly.
The whale watching, wildlife discovery and white water rafting tours were great.
Canada is an awesome country, the scenery so spectacular and even our photos are not too bad!

I just want to drop this email to say a big thank you for planning our lovely trip to Disneyland Paris. You made it so personal from the get go, ringing the day before we went, to see if we needed anything and to make sure we were all set & ready to go. And the chocolates we got when we came home, to welcome us home was a lovely surprise. We will definitely be booking a holiday with you again & a big thank you again.

A big thank-you to Audrey for arranging our fabulous holiday to Iceland. When booking the accommodation and tours, she took on board what we wanted, but also made some recommendations of her own, and the result was a fantastic trip. Audrey kept us informed throughout the booking process, and kept in touch right through the holiday too.
