I am based in Greenock, Inverclyde and have over 40 years experience in the travel industry.
During this time I have travelled extensively throughout the world including, Australia, New Zealand, USA, the Caribbean and many European cities and resorts. I must confess to being a bit of a “Disney fan”, having visited Disneyland Paris, Disneyland Los Angeles and even got married at Disneyworld Florida!
Working from home without the distractions of the high street, I am able to offer you exceptional customer service at a time that suits you. I can also be contacted during the evening and at weekends as I know that for many people these are the most convenient times to call.

On two occasions Barbara has booked holidays for my friend and I to travel to the USA. Her attention to detail is second to none. Last year's was a fairly complex trip involving coach connections and internal flights within America. All went smoothly and I would recommend Barbara to anyone wishing to arrange a holiday without tears.

Barbara has given my girlfriend, fiancee and now wife, years of amazing holiday memories! New York, Costa Adeje, Paphos, Protaras, Mauritius, Dubai, Vegas and lastly Hawaii - it has been first class all the way! The best testament you can give Barbara is to recommned her to others and that is something I have never hesitated in doing! Friends have great holiday memories now too!

Have used Barbara's expert services with Travel Counsellors and at all her previous employments. We have followed her around. All holidays offered and taken were found to be of a high standard which have met our requirements. She seems to go the extra mile to find something that suits. Barbara is always very helpful and will spend lots of time looking for the best deal. Before finalising booking if she has not either been or booked at a particular hotel, etc she will check if any of the other Travel Counsellors have had any bad reports. Barbara is always happy to help and if anything unforseen happens while on holiday will do all she can to help.
