Hello, my name is Caroline and I have 18 years experience working in the Travel Industry for two different independent Travel Agencies, building up a firm relationship with clients.

I have now made the decision to join Travel Counsellors to continue doing a job I enjoy in a way that works in the best way for all types of clients. I can offer a service to fit around individual needs as I am aware that everyone has particular requirements which are important to them when travelling for business.

I can offer a 24/7 service and the highest level of customer service to my clients by listening to their requirements carefully, looking for the best available rates for all aspects of travel and by thinking outside the box if their idea of how and when they need to travel isn’t possible.
