I have 7 years experience as a travel agent, I have extensive experience within the travel industry (working with both leisure and corporate clients). This is where I have adopted my love and passion for travel and now am able to share my first-class knowledge and experience to tailor to, my client’s needs and requirements when travelling.
Through my job, I was given the opportunity to travelling to many different countries with over 47 and counting. I have travelled to such beautiful islands (some, I would have never thought of travelling to).

From start to finish she was amazing!
I asked for lots of quotes as wasn’t sure and then changed quite a bit and nothing was too much trouble! I did not feel once that I was troubling anyone, whereas a lot of the companies seemed liked I was bothering them! But Charlotte changed so much around and kept checking what we thought… by far the best experience of getting quotes was with Charlotte
We ended up going to Thailand and she planned it all superbly! We literally had One tiny thing which was an issue when away and we dropped her a whtsapp and she helped within half an hour - all sorted. Always on hand to help if we were stuck

Charlotte arranged my birthday getaway to Portugal for 6 people. I gave Charlotte my requirements, which changed on several occasions and Charlotte delivered each time with a little bit extra. Charlotte was available during the evening and weekends. I would highly recommend booking your flights or holiday with Charlotte, you would not be disappointed.

This was my first time using a Travel Counsellor and trust me I’ll definitely use one again. Charlotte Chloe done an excellent job planning my holiday to Jamaica for me and my partner. She was there to answer every question we had and was willing to help us find the best deal. She gave me great information and was open and honest. She was very professional and was always available. Hong Kong is an amazing place for a stopover en route to many destinations. Three nights in Hong Kong, recovering from a long flight from Heathrow. I take great pride in what I am booking for my customers. I am not on a salary so all the time I spend on people’s enquiries is my own time. I work on commission from suppliers when customers book, so you are assured that I will want to find you the best holiday to suit your requirements. Chances are I am the same price as most operators and I often package the holiday myself to get the best deal.
