We were looking for a adventure around Thailand and didn't know where to start. Charlotte got the itinerary spot on the holiday of a life time. I've never physically met Charlotte, but speaking to her on the phone she was so friendly and helpful, I cant stress enough how amazing she was as due to all the problems in the Middle East. We got stuck in Phuket and if it wasn't for her sorting numerous hotels, transfers and looking for flights we would of been absolutely lost. She came into her own, she comforted my melt downs and concerns as we had young family with us. I'm so pleased we used her, I really cant thank her enough. She just listens to everything you want and creates a magical holiday. We never thought we would get stuck in Thailand but with Charlotte it made things alot better. Thanks my lovely where to next!

Well, what can I say about Charlotte! Let me put it this way, using Charlottes expertise as an agent is akin to being a holder of American Express Centurian Card but without the extortionate annual membership fee of £3,500k. It’s not only about booking venue’s and travel, for example: Once all booked and confirmed, it doesn’t stop there. She will, Book preferred seats for the flight. Book extra luggage allowance. Book private airport transfers. Relay any special requests to your hotel venue. Deal with your advanced check in for the flight. ( no faffing around trying to do it on your ipad /laptop from home). Advise you of any flight detail changes/delays. Charlotte is available should you need her at any time leading up to, during and on your homeward journey. If it’s a dire emergency there is someone on hand / call 24/7. I didn’t know that ‘Charlottes’ existed until my husband was planning a trip to Australia last March and he was recommended Charlotte by a friend. Admittedly I was a little sceptical to begin with however the entire booking process and trip was seamless . We then asked her to book us a Christmas trip to a new resort in Maderia , once again, her price was very competitive and she handled every last detail for us, even making our hotel restaurant reservations in advance. In essence Charlotte is a ‘ One Stop Shop’ for all travel related bookings and I for one will never be booking on line again. Give her a try, you will not be disappointed. PS. Just in case you are doubting the authenticity of this review, NO she is not a friend …I haven’t even met her!

Charlotte helped us book the most magical trip to Luosto (Lapland) After speaking to Charlotte about our wishes, she came straight back to us with options for us to look at.
