Although I am new to Travel Counsellors I have over 30 years’ experience in the travel and hospitality industry and I know that only one person counts, and that’s you, my customer.

Claire was absolutely brilliant from start to finish- nothing was too much trouble for her. I had a very clear vision of where I wanted to stay and what I wanted the villa to be like and Claire definitely delivered. The personal touches you get before, during and after your visit are also lovely, which is why I will use Claire for all holidays from now on. She has an exceptional knowledge of many locations, which is an invaluable quality to posses in this industry: you really do get a personal experience.
The villa itself was in a superb location, perfect for families with young children. More importantly, it felt incredibly safe. The pool was the highlight of the holiday for my five-year-old daughter but for the adults, the highlight had to be the stunning views of the Ionian Sea.
This is our third time in Kefalonia but definitely our favourite, leaving us with memories to cherish for a lifetime.

Fantastic experience

We have just come back from a Greek Island cruise with Royal Caribbean which we booked through Travel Councellors with Claire Calladine. It was so nice to have all the stress of booking a family holiday taken away. As we had 6 people, 3 of whom were based in America, and 3 room types there was a fair bit of decision making and Claire did a fantastic job of doing everything for us. We pretty much just had to pick a cruise destination and a room type and that was it. She even booked our flights and hotel accommodation in Rome and made assistance arrangements for my Dad, who was struggling with a broken shoulder and dodgy knee.
I have always booked everything myself, which is very time consuming and stressful with a large group living thousands of miles apart. All of the documents we needed were in the TC app and Claire gave us regular reminders when we needed to check in and confirm details.
I cannot recommend Claire enough and will definitely use her again.

Truly amazing and unforgettable holiday in the Maldives booked through Claire Calladine. The Ranhalhi club in the Maldives was absolutely perfect destination for our holiday and was made effortless and stress free by Claire who sorted everything out for us beforehand. Beautiful Lisbon experience with Travel Counsellors
We have recently returned from a wonderful short break to the city of Lisbon to mark my wife’s 50th birthday.
Having used Claire Calladine’s services before as our Travel Counsellor, there was never any doubt that we would turn to her again.
As well as her expert knowledge and recommendation, Claire is extremely reliable and resourceful when it comes to planning and covering all aspects of your journey. Our itinerary and intentions were perfectly anticipated (as always) and therefore any typical ‘pre trip’ internet trawling or anxieties removed. All communications and travel documentation were once again delivered to a tee before, during and after our trip through Travel Counsellors.
This time upon arrival to the hotel, there was even the thoughtful recognition of a special birthday with a lovely welcome message. It’s this personal understanding of your travel goals and attention to detail that makes all the difference to your experience.
Whatever your travel wishes, you will always feel well looked after when you ask Claire to take the lead with as much or little pre planning as you wish. After only a brief chat, she will have such an exact understanding of what can be done with your time and budget. She takes all of the otherwise negative aspects of travel planning away so all you have to do is relax and enjoy having a great time and fulfilling experience.

Claire has been fantastic booking our family cruise. Always on hand to answer questions and quick to offer options for our holiday. She came to our house to talk everything through with my parents and to finalise details. We have a mix of age groups and people traveling from different areas so having Claire on hand made things so much easier. Howard(my uncle) got back from his adventure of a lifetime where he went on a cruise ship around Australia and New Zealand for 25 nights for his 80th Birthday. One of the places he and Dad didn't get todo and none of it would have been possible without Claire Calladine Travel Counsellor who planned everything from assisted travel, all the transfers, visa, trips,insurance etc making the impossible (we thought) possible and I can't thank her enough as she made it so easy for Howard who is 80 and travelling solo. Putting us at ease all the way with her planning and reassurance. If your going away then I highly recommend Claire to book your holiday for you, taking out all the stress, no matter how big or small your holiday is and at no extra cost. Claire is always at the other end of the phone too and not just office hours. She will also match any tui /jet 2 holiday etc you find on the internet. Thank you once again.

We have just returned for 10 days on Lanzarote, Claire arranged everything perfectly, she knew about my concerns with Birmingham airport, due to the security queues and did everything in her power to put my mind at ease. We Had private transfers to and from resort to save all the waiting for other holiday makers at the airport meaning we got to hotel within 35 mins from collecting cases. The whole holiday was fabulous just what we needed. First class Claire, thank you !!

Put the fun back into booking a holiday!
Really impressed with Claire’s knowledge and ability to grasp exactly what I wanted and find the perfect holiday. There are so many options and ways to book travel these days, I found trying to juggle everything and do it myself quite time consuming & overwhelming, so Claire took all the hassle out of this and just sorted it all! Using Travel Counsellors meant I could focus on the fun stuff and look forward to my holiday rather than worrying about what I might have forgotten to arrange.
