Wonderful trip to Belgium My wife and I have just returned from a fabulous holiday in Belgium, all organised by Claire Calladine. Everything worked like clockwork, train times, the hotel, tickets, every detail we needed. Adequate times were provided for all train exchanges. This meant we could relax and fully enjoy the travels with no hassle. We would like to thank Claire for a job done perfectly!

The villa itself was in a superb location, perfect for families with young children. More importantly, it felt incredibly safe. The pool was the highlight of the holiday for my five-year-old daughter but for the adults, the highlight had to be the stunning views of the Ionian Sea. We have just come back from a Greek Island cruise with Royal Caribbean which we booked through Travel Councellors with Claire Calladine. It was so nice to have all the stress of booking a family holiday taken away. As we had 6 people, 3 of whom were based in America, and 3 room types there was a fair bit of decision making and Claire did a fantastic job of doing everything for us. We pretty much just had to pick a cruise destination and a room type and that was it. She even booked our flights and hotel accommodation in Rome and made assistance arrangements for my Dad, who was struggling with a broken shoulder and dodgy knee. I have always booked everything myself, which is very time consuming and stressful with a large group living thousands of miles apart. All of the documents we needed were in the TC app and Claire gave us regular reminders when we needed to check in and confirm details. I cannot recommend Claire enough and will definitely use her again.

Beautiful Lisbon experience with Travel Counsellors We have recently returned from a wonderful short break to the city of Lisbon to mark my wife’s 50th birthday. Having used Claire Calladine’s services before as our Travel Counsellor, there was never any doubt that we would turn to her again. As well as her expert knowledge and recommendation, Claire is extremely reliable and resourceful when it comes to planning and covering all aspects of your journey. Our itinerary and intentions were perfectly anticipated (as always) and therefore any typical ‘pre trip’ internet trawling or anxieties removed. All communications and travel documentation were once again delivered to a tee before, during and after our trip through Travel Counsellors. This time upon arrival to the hotel, there was even the thoughtful recognition of a special birthday with a lovely welcome message. We have just returned for 10 days on Lanzarote, Claire arranged everything perfectly, she knew about my concerns with Birmingham airport, due to the security queues and did everything in her power to put my mind at ease. We Had private transfers to and from resort to save all the waiting for other holiday makers at the airport meaning we got to hotel within 35 mins from collecting cases.
