"Exceptional friendly efficient service I found Clare Hyatt to be friendly knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She was readily available, managed things quickly and efficiently - what was particularly nice was that she never tired of me. It was our first experience with TC and our first cruise with plans at both ends, so I had many questions and return calls. She went above and beyond and everything she said that she'd organised went smoothly and to time. I would highly recommend TC and Clare Hyatt, if I was to book another trip I would gladly use them.

I have just booked my fourth holiday with Clare, the first was a cruise back in 2016, I was so pleased with the advice she gave I booked subsequent cruises for later on in the year and then again in 2017. However I was looking for something a little different for the summer of 2018, she has just arranged a two week trip to Vietnam for my family, which has a great mix of sightseeing and relaxation, she has managed to totally match the brief that we gave her.
