We had a brilliant time on our amazing family holiday in Crete that we booked through Daniel who went above and beyond to find our holiday, Daniel was happy to work within our budget and what we needed in terms of accommodation and all inclusive needs. Once we set up the App it was so easy to use and make monthly payments. Daniel was more than happy to check us in online and printed off all our paperwork ready for our flight. Daniel checked on us while we were away to see if we needed anything and also looked at excursions and water sports for us. So my sister and I used Daniel at Travel Counsellors to book our break. Although we didn’t know what specific part to go, we did know what scenery, vibe and activities we wanted, which we conveyed to Daniel. With those given, Daniel came back with a few options and whittling them down was difficult as they were both looked like really great get away – exactly what we wanted. Fast forward, we went to Roda in Corfu. Absolutely stunning. The hotel was classy, gorgeous and right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sea from our balcony. We were able to do our activities; quad bike around, kayak/water sports, but most of all what was important was a day cruise excursion. Well Daniel did not disappoint with this. We done the Blue Lagoon cruise which was an entire day out and well worth it – the views, crystal clear water, dolphins jumping in the sea, white cliffs – just stunning. For me, it was a holiday I truly got to relax. We went to Daniel with our ‘list of wants’ and we got them, even better was the fact they were all wrapped up in an itinerary which made it easy to follow. I didn’t have to spend my time trying to source a decent cruise or stunning location as Daniel done all of this. And the hotel was quality with great food. All in all it was amazing and both he and the holiday have been recommended to both friends and work colleagues.
