Hi
My name is Dave Jopling and I have recently joined Travel Counsellors working from my home town of York. I have lived in the York area on and off for over 40 years. If I have ever had to move away for whatever reason I have always had the urge to move back as it's just a great place to live and work.
I have been employed in the Travel Industry for 34 years in both the Leisure and Business travel sectors. During this time I have lived and worked all over the country and have been providing all the various travel products from the more complicated flight itineraries with hotels and car hire etc to passport and visa information and everything in between. Because of a combination of my Business Travel background and my knowledge gained over the years of air fare structures and the independant hotel rates that Travel Counsellors have at their fingertips I firmly believe that I can give a new dimension to the long haul leisure travel market.
You can stay for as long as you want or even extend stays if you so prefer and you can travel in First, Business or Economy class or any combination and much more. It really does open new doors for you.
I have been very fortunate over the years due to being in the travel industry to have travelled all over the world. These experiences have enabled me to gather invaluable knowledge on a vast array of destinations. My favourite part of the world is definitely the Far East as it has such an array of different experiences. You can just relax on some of the best beaches in the world or you can shop 'till you drop in places such as Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur or Tokyo. Anything is possible.
