Without ELi's help with multiple internal US flights that were constantly delayed or cancelled I would not have been able to make my appointments. He was constantly updating and amending my flights to ensure I made my connections. This meant calls to me late into the night and for 2 weekends UK time. He's regularly in touch leading up to your holiday/trip to make sure everything is ok and lets you know he is always there for you when you are away, then checks in again with you when you get home.
