I have worked in the travel industry for over 20 years, based in Oxford, Kensington and London’s West End, creating bespoke itineraries for leisure and corporate clients within both the economy and first and business class teams. I pride myself on my customer service and attention to detail, my understanding of complex flights, routes and fares, as well as my extensive hotel and destination knowledge. With this combination, I am confident that I can put together the perfect package for you, whatever your budget.
Travel has been my passion as long as I can remember, and having spent the first three years of my life on a remote Pacific atoll in Kiribati and travelling through Africa, China, Tibet and Mongolia, it’s not hard to see why! A degree in Geography was the obvious choice for me, preceded by six months exploring Kenya, teaching English and Geography in a remote secondary school.
I joined the industry directly after university where I continued to indulge my love of travel and have been lucky enough to venture to the Indian Ocean, Southeast Asia, India, Australia, New Zealand, the South Pacific, North America and Canada, the Caribbean, Middle East, Africa and many beach and city destinations within Europe. Australia has been a particular favourite of mine and during one visit I gained an ‘Aussie Specialist’ accolade after completing their specialist training programme.
I now have two young children and understand what it takes to create an enjoyable (and relaxing) holiday for all the family. I can relate to any requirements you may have - be it family time, adventure, business travel, a honeymoon, I have been there and done it and can help make it happen for you, the way you want it. I am your independent, unbiased travel advisor.
I will always go the extra mile to make sure I have every base covered and nothing is too much trouble. And above all I just love talking about travel and am ready and available whenever you need it!

Emily has been incredible to work with from the very beginning. Our Honeymoon had to be a once in a lifetime trip, and boy did Emily deliver that for us! From the start with setting up the Honeymoon fund that our family and friends could contribute to, Emily's personal recommendations for destinations and things to do, to notes in each room that welcomed us to the new destination, Emily thought of everything and the personalised attention to detail blew us away. In 2017 there is an expectation that everyone can find the perfect holiday themselves and understand all the nuisances around seat booking, child meals, kids clubs etc. This is not true of lots of people I know and therefore it was invaluable to me to have Emily who is an expert in this field.
