From the start with setting up the Honeymoon fund that our family and friends could contribute to, Emily's personal recommendations for destinations and things to do, to notes in each room that welcomed us to the new destination, Emily thought of everything and the personalised attention to detail blew us away. In 2017 there is an expectation that everyone can find the perfect holiday themselves and understand all the nuisances around seat booking, child meals, kids clubs etc. This is not true of lots of people I know and therefore it was invaluable to me to have Emily who is an expert in this field.
