Emma was recommended to us by a family member after she had arranged a trip to Florida for them last year. We explained that we wanted to visit Singapore, Australia and Hong Kong and gave her a budget. After a few days she emailed us an itinerary which worked perfectly for us. In Australia we wanted to visit several cities, hire a car and drive along the Great Ocean Road and visit the Great Barrier Reef. Now back home and having taken six flights and stayed in nine hotels we have lovely memories to look back on and Emma made this happen. Our entire trip went without a hitch and whilst we could, no doubt, have arranged the trip ourselves, having the help of an experienced and knowledgable Travel Counsellor made a big difference. Emma gave a fantastic personalised service, sourcing a fantastic last minute holiday to Florida for us for seven people! It was August and prime holiday time we stayed at the Reunion Resort and I can honestly say it was my best holiday ever! Fabulous accommodation, and all flights and park tickets also arranged by Emma, she really did work miracles given the short notice and requirements involved, plus hand delivery of flight tickets and accommodation details, a really great service from a dedicated travel professional!
