Hello, my name is Emma Waterfall and I am a Business Travel Agent working from my home in Flintshire North Wales about 8 miles from Chester. I live here with my husband Andy, our 2 children Jack and Ava and our Border Terrier Ted.
Before becoming a Travel Counsellor in June 2019 I have worked in various Business Travel agencies in various departments starting as a YTS when I left school 24 years ago to a Team Leader in my last role.
I have worked with various corporate businesses from large multinational companies, Government accounts to small independent companies, I am able to adapt to my customers needs.
I understand that Business Travel is not always 9:00 – 17:30 so I am on hand 24/7 should you need anything.
I can book any of your Business Travel needs including flights, hotels, UK and International rail, ferries, airport parking, car hire plus any additional services that you may need to make your Business trip run to plan.
