We're just back from an amazing 2 centre holiday in the Maldives and Dubai and counting ourselves very lucky. Usually we organise holidays ourselves however given the challengers of travelling with complex ever evolving Covid regulations we enlisted the help of Emma Whiteman - Travel Counsellors around a year ago and we're so glad we did! Emma was able to do a fact find via FaceTime and matched us up with a trip and accommodation that perfectly matched our needs and preferences...and not only that - she was able to access a 50% early booking discount for a water villa and a great deal on our Dubai hotel - and she negotiated an anniversary deal - 13 months after the anniversary. Since booking Emma's kept us updated on the status of our destinations - she reassured us that travel is possible! She has guided us through the paperwork and PCR testing needed step by step and made it as stress free as possible - always available to chat through any questions (and we were at times a little anxious!) Emma Whiteman has been absolutely fantastic in sourcing and booking our holiday to Orlando. The wealth of knowledge she has is fantastic. With the current situation flights are changing by the hour however she was able to secure better flights and fantastic seats all within the budget. We looked for the same flights and seats and unable to get these ourselves. I have also booked a trip to New York with Emma with exactly the same experience!

I have booked online now for years but after Emma helped me at the start of COVID support my mum getting home from South Africa I decided to book through her for our week away in Kefalonia in August. As a very good friend of mine I know how good she is and how much experience and knowledge she has and she didn't disappoint as I knew she wouldn't. She is constantly on hand and available to answer any questions, she won't just take a booking just to get a booking. If it's going to be more expensive through her then she will tell you. She bought our tickets round with a little pressie and some murray mints for our flight, a lovely personal touch. She reminded us about the forms we had to fill in, even when she was on a week off herself... nothing is too much trouble for her and I'll def be booking again.

Emma organised a trip to Portugal for me when the travel corridor recently opened. Traveling with all these changes and restrictions can be daunting but Emma makes it a really smooth process. She looks after all the details and the level of service was superb from the booking process through to the after service. It's the little touches that are standout - she rang the hotel in advance of my arrival to check everything was ok, messaged me to check I'd arrived ok (while being on her own holiday!) and sent me a reminder to fill in all the necessary COVID travel forms. Emma was recommended to me via a friend. My partner was stuck in Barbados for 6 weeks during this pandemic, abandoned by Virgin and with little information available on how to get home. Within 48 hours of speaking with Emma he was booked on a flight (due to Emma watching for any cancelled seats on an Air Canada flight) and emailed all the information he needed. She’s so on the ball and easy to deal with, super efficient! I would totally recommend using Emma for any travel arrangements, we will definitely be using her services again!
