My name is Gaynor Patterson, I am a Business Travel Agent working from my home in Chester.
I have worked in travel since leaving university and have 30 years experience in the industry. I started in travel in the leisure industry working for the Tourist Office and then to Thomas Cook before moving to a large independent luxury tour operator in the flights department. For the last 18 years I have worked in the business travel industry building up the relationship between myself and local businesses from large multi-national companies, police authorities and UK/US banks to smaller independent companies. I adapt and work to what the company needs.
I offer a personal dedicated service to all my customers. Customer service is of paramount importance to both myself and Travel Counsellors and all clients receive both my direct line and mobile number and can contact me 24 hours a day 7 days a week should the need arise,

Whether your travel is a rail ticket, a hotel booking or a round the world business ticket it will all receive my full attention and eye for detail.
