Grant is without doubt the most detailed travel expert i have ever met and his communication skills are second to none . He is also just a really nice guy !! If the holiday is half as good as the booking experience it will be brilliant.

We contacted Grant to start putting together our holiday plans. He was fantastic, took time to get to know us and listened to our requirments, the process was so easy. His app is perfect, all our documents in one place, even our itinerary and transfers have been booked. His 28yrs experience really does show, he is really knowledgeable. We have booked the Maldives recently and really wanted luxury and perks. Grant has found us just that with an amazing water villa, its above and beyond what we wanted x Grant has recently found us the perfect hotel and location in Rome, it has been so stress free, myself, husband and friends are really looking forward to this trip. Il be booking all our travel arrangements from now on through Grant. The 24hr vip service is just incredible. Thank you Grant for everything x

Grant was recommended to us by friends and he didn't disappoint. He listened to what we wanted and had it all sorted within 24hrs of my initial email contact. Our second family holiday booked through Grant at travel counsellors and we have nothing but good things to say! It is clear that Grant is very passionate about holidays and really knows his stuff! He genuinely wants you to have the best experience possible and goes the extra mile to ensure it will be. We had a slight panic being stuck on the M1 for an hour on our way to the airport but thankfully we made it as the flight was delayed!! The airport lounge that Grant had sorted out for us when booking was very much needed and appreciated after this stress - thank you! A birthday cruise Grant organised our special cruise for 7 people to celebrate my Dads 90th birthday. Everything was taken care of from our initial meeting until we returned home. It’s hard to find a holiday that everyone of all ages will enjoy, but Grant achieved this! We have used Travel Counsellors before and will continue to do so.

Grant has done it once again! Grant has done it once again. I booked a surprise holiday for my wife to mexico and grant was superb in helping me. I explain exactly to him what I wanted and he created the perfect package for me. The holiday went perfect and I would highly recommend anyone looking for the perfect getaway to go with grant. I previously booked my honeymoon with grant to the Bhamas and it was amazing. Now he's done it again with our trip to Mexico. We are already in talks to book another with him for next year!

Beautiful, magical Tallin. Just returned from a wonderful trip to magical Tallin, arranged by Grant Bowles, to celebrate our anniversary. Grant thought of everything, making the experience seamless from door to door and back. Rated 5 out of 5 stars Mississippi here we come! Grant has been extremely active and helpful in sorting out a trip to the USA for a Paddlewheel Cruise down the lower Mississippi followed by a couple of days in New Orleans based on an ititial very vague enquiry. He’s rapidly answered queries and adjusted bookings and always kept us informed and got us through to a confirmed booking in a couple of days. Excellent service!

Christmas in Antarctica It’s Christmas Eve and here we are in Antarctica, having started off in Buenos Aires, followed by the Falkland Islands, and now Christmas and New Year in Antarctica. Grant Bowles has made all this happen, and thanks to his meticulous planning and attention to detail everything has gone to plan. An adventure of this nature would not normally be without some doubts and worries, but we have had none. Grant has made sure of that so if you want your travel plans to work, you need to let Grant sort them. He was professional, thorough, efficient and always jolly when putting our expedition together, and has kept in touch whilst we are away to make sure all is well and that there are no problems. I recently had the pleasure of booking our honeymoon through Travel Counsellors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough, particularly our main point of contact, Grant. From the very beginning, Grant's communication was exceptional. He was always available to answer our questions and was more than happy to call us whenever needed. His prompt responses and attention to detail ensured that we had all the necessary documents well in advance. We spent two wonderful weeks in Thailand, with one week in Phuket and another in Bangkok. The hotels Grant selected for us were nothing short of amazing. He took the time to listen to our preferences and made sure our Phuket hotel was a serene retreat while still offering a plethora of activities and excursions. In Bangkok, the hotel’s location was perfect—right in the heart of the city next to the MBK Centre, providing us with endless options for exploration and entertainment. If we could have stayed longer, we absolutely would have! The ease of booking our honeymoon through Grant at Travel Counsellors was invaluable. Grant is a very friendly person and extremely helpful...its lovely to know our holiday to Vietnam and Cambodia is in his good hands all we have to do is go and enjoy ourselves We will not book with anyone else.

50 year Wedding Anniversary to Australia & New Zealand After visiting 2 well known travel agents, we decided to go to Grant at Travel Counsellors whom my daughter has used before for a trip to Florida Disneyworld etc and he was fantastic then, as he has been now for booking our Australia/New Zealand Cruise. He has been very passionate about how he has adapted himself of finding us our dream journey for our 50 years wedding anniversary celebrations for December 2025 and he has been working above and beyond for us to make this reality. Once again (third time) Grant has delivered above and beyond our expectations. We picked a country out of a hat for our next travels. It's not on Grants list, did that stop him? No way! Grant found us another perfect holiday which we're super excited to embark on next Summer. Also, literally the whole family get excited when we get a voice message from Grant, he's so friendly and helpful!

We were thinking about treating all our family (children & grandchildren - 15 of us in all) to a cruise in 2026 to celebrate our Golden Wedding. So having previously worked with Grant to find us a cruise to Antarctica and being very happy and confident with what he booked for us, I had no hesitation is setting Grant the challenge of finding us a suitable cruise this time around. We gave him loads of conditions to be met such as a ship that was able to entertain 7 grandchildren aged between 5 & 17, interconnecting cabins for each family, Uk departure & return as we have one family member who will not get on an aeroplane etc. etc. Wow, I did not expect Grant to come back to me within an hour with the perfect solution, and after a few tweeks which Grant was so willing to sort, the holiday was booked. Grant made the whole process so easy, understanding what our needs were, communicating every detail, working on his days off to sort out and answer any queries we had, all in a totally professional yet friendly and jovial way. It is fun to deal with Grant, but at the same time being confident that he knows what he's talking about and does what he says. It is very clear that Grant is using his vast wealth of knowledge of the travel business to work for the client, rather than a cruise line or a company wanting him to meet targets or maximise the final bill. At no time has Grant tried to push us to go for extras that we didn't ask for, he just makes suggestions to create an amazing holiday. Thank you Grant. Grant is fantastic and has created us the trip of our dreams! …..Others have told us how amazing Grant… Others have told us how amazing Grant is at organising stress free holidays, so we reached out to him to see if he could help us with a special holiday for our 25th Anniversary. From our first conversation he filled us with reassurance. He listened to our ideas (which were very vague) and our budget and wowed us with suggestions that we didn’t even think were possible. His patience has been unwaivering as we have constantly changed our minds and his willingness to explore alternatives and advise us on options has been so helpful. He has also understood our dietary requirements with one of us having a gluten allergy and has reassured us that this will be catered for. 2025 trip to Goa Our fifth time booking a trip with the help of Grant, that says it all. The friendly yet professional service keeps us coming back again

I just wanted to say a huge huge thank you to Grant for arranging our perfect trip to Crete (our second perfect holiday booked with Grant). I know I was fussy when we booked, HAD to have two bedrooms, HAD to have a swim up pool but not a plunge, had to be all inclusive couldn't be too far from the airport, of course private transfer and sunshine! Well we got absolutely ALL of that and within our budget too. The Gouves Water park hotel was everything we wanted and the staff we incredibly friendly and helpful. A little glitch that you sorted for us immediately meant we didn't lose any relaxing time and fully enjoyed every moment of our wonderful holiday. I know without you being so proactive we may have struggled to get our message across to the lovely staff at the hotel but you sorted it so quickly for us. Thank you so so much again and looking forward to chatting with you soon about the next one!
