Hi, I'm Grant - welcome to my webpage!
I have 25 years' experience working within the travel industry, working for a well known UK travel brand. I started my career in Kensington, London, before relocating to the Nottingham area nearly 15 years ago. I have worked particularly in the field of First and Business Class travel, but am well versed in arranging all types of travel arrangements, individually building holidays for clients to all corners of the globe.
My passion for travel has always been there from a young age, when my uncle who worked in the airline industry used to tell us tales of his travels around the world... his adventures struck a chord with me that never left. I set of on a journey around the world in 1999 which was to last nearly two years, and included over 50 countries with countless experiences - from snowmobiling in Norway, watching golden eagles swoop into Lake Dal in Kashmir, India at sunset, then sitting in Olympic Stadium during the Sydney 2000 Olympic Games.
I have experienced so many different types of holiday, including several cruises, group tours, individual touring, motorhome holidays, beach holidays, which I think gives me a great insight into the holidays my clients are planning. My service includes visa advice for the countries you plan to visit, along with information on immunisations.
My mission is to constantly exceed the expectations of my clients, be it arranging a meal on a mountaintop in Oman, or a special anniversary dinner at an underwater restaurant in the Maldives - nothing is too much trouble.
I live in Castle Donington, Derbyshire, with my wife (who I met in Fiji 25 years ago during my travels...) and two children aged 15 and 13 years. My kids also now have the travel bug - in 2014 we took them to Australia for a month, where they had a magical time, getting around on planes, trains, boats, bikes... and even a helicopter on the Great Barrier Reef.
