Having had difficulties with a travel agent in Glasgow who only did something when prompted, I was recommended to Gwen. I outlined my plans to her and within 2 days had a proposed itinerary which when discussed with Gwen was tweaked to provide extra days etc to benefit my trip. The hotels she recommended were all central to the cities I was visiting and provided very comfortable accommodation and service - just what a traveller needs! Also when travelling everything was in order - everyone had my details and there were no problems with any of the arrangements. When the final itinerary was sent to me - I was delighted to see that Gwen had thought of booking drivers to collect me at both Adelaide and Sydney - as I had not thought of this - and what a difference it made to myself visiting a new city to be met by a friendly driver taking the strain, welcoming me and providing interesting information - it was the best! Just like Gwen!
