Hi, I’m Hayley – a Travel Counsellor with over a decade of experience creating unforgettable journeys. Whether it’s a bespoke luxury retreat, a thrilling adventure, or a memory-making family holiday, I specialise in crafting journeys that are as unique as the people taking them.
My love for travel began with a solo backpacking trip at 23 and has taken me all over the world. I’ve lived in Australia, trained as a divemaster, and completed more than 250 dives in some of the planet’s most breathtaking locations (from WWII shipwrecks to swimming alongside hammerhead sharks!) These days, I’m embracing a new chapter: family travel. It’s all about blending adventure, ease and a touch of luxury - my five-year-old has no idea how lucky she is :)
I genuinely enjoy getting to know my clients – hearing about their favourite destinations, swapping stories, and sharing ideas. Even after ten years in the industry, I’m always discovering new hotels, unique tours, and hidden gems. The best part? When a client sends me photos from their trip and tells me about the memories I have helped create.
